Rates are payable in arrears generally invoiced between July and September. Approx £300.00
Electric is charged by the unit.
Gas is bottled on static caravans approx size 47kg = £49.50 inc VAT at current prices.
Insurance is required. We can put you in touch with companies offering caravan insurance.
A Gas certificate is advisable annually priced approx £50.00 + Vat
Television licenses vary from person to person, according to the intended use of the holiday home.
