- The park reseves the right to refuse a booking/person onto the park without prior notice
- Hot water may not be collected and taken away from the toilet blocks
- If you decide to leave the park earlier than your booked departure date a refund will not be given. Holiday Insurance can be offered upon request
- All units are left at the park at your own risk and must be insured accordingly
- Pitches are available from 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.30 am on day of departure. All pitches are numbered and allocated by the management. Personal effects must not go onto other pitches and must only be left on the pitch that you are renting.
- A 50% deposit is required for your booking within 7 days of the reservation being made. Outstanding balances can be paid on arrival if paying by cash or credit card. Please note that we cannot accept cheque payment on arrival. If you would like to pay the balance by cheque this must be done up to 3 weeks prior to your arrival.
- Children must be supervised at all times whilst on the park, including when using facilities on site such as children's play area, toilet block facilities and all other site buildings.
- Guests are requested to obey the park rules as displayed
- Please restrict noise between 11pm - 8am. Max speed limit around the park is 5mph.
- Driving on the grass is not permitted unless for direct access to your unit.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times whilst on the park. Exercise your pet away from the park, although a designated woodland walking area is provided. All animals' waste must always be cleared up.
- We reserve the right to terminate the visit of any person whose conduct is detrimental to Hunters Moon Country Estate, staff or to their visitors. No refunds will be given.
- Please advise if you are arriving after 6pm so that arrangements can be made for your late arrival. Hunters Moon retains the right to refuse access to late arrivals without prior notice until the following morning.
- TOTEMPLANT cannot accept liability for personal injury or loss or damage of property of persons using the park however caused or sustained.
- TOTEMPLANT Ltd retains the right to change / alter the park rules without prior notice.
